Surveys Unlimited Inc. was initially created in 1986 to fill the growing need of east coast marketing and sales personnel for rapid, accurate and detailed quality and condition information concerning their imported perishable commodities. We have since expanded to represent some of the premier shippers and receivers in the produce industry worldwide.
Surveys was the first independent inspection and consulting service of its kind to utilize the power of the computer to speed large quantities of information to its clientele here and abroad. Experienced in all fruits and vegetables (domestic or imports) Surveys can service all of your quality control and surveying needs. In 1988, we expanded our services to include major west coast ports and now can provide our services nationwide.
Ownership
Stephen Simpson, founder and owner, graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Agriculture and spent several years as an inspector in the USDA/AMS.
